Ms. Davison holds an undergraduate degree
in Psychology, is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational
Leadership, is a graduate of Duke University's Business Coaching Institute,
holds the SPHR designation, and has been consulting with organizations
for seven years.
She is a member of the Society for Human
Resource ManagementSM, the National Association
of Female Executives, is a founding member of the International Association
of Coaches, is a member of the International Coaching Federation, as well
as a member of the Christian Coaches Network.
Deirdre is an Ambassador with the York
County Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the Professional Business
Women’s Association, and is on the Executive Committee of the Piedmont
Business Associates.
