Metanoia Consortium’s Coaching Certification Program is designed to develop a coach’s professional coaching competencies. The program includes sixty hours of classroom instruction, coaching practicum’s and practice coaching sessions, as well as scholarly research.  The curriculum follows a rigorous agenda that aligns with the International Coach Federation’s, fifteen core competencies for coaching and is designed to allow participants to apply for coaching certification via the Portfolio Method with the International Coach Federation, the nationally recognized certifying body for professional coaches at the program’s completion.

  
Coaching Certification Program-PCC Track:

Metanoia Consortium’s Coaching Certification Program is designed to develop a coach’s professional coaching competencies. Coaching for HR Professionals:

Metanoia Consortium is pleased to offer an eight-hour program designed to maximize the coaching competencies for HR professionals.  The curriculum is a highly interactive day of exercises, case studies, and applicable tools to assist the HR professional in effective coaching techniques. As an added bonus, the hours can be applied to the HR professional’s CEU’s for recertification through the HRCI.
 

Creating an Internal Coaching Practice:

Metanoia Consortium currently offers a four-hour program designed to assist corporations desiring to set up an internal coaching practice.  Included in the curriculum are exercises, case studies, and tools to assist the individual or team championing the process.  As an added bonus, the hours can be applied to the HR professional’s CEU’s for recertification through the HRCI.
