The purpose of this site
will be to provide an online resource for members to find all the HOA related
information, community information, city and government services, etc.
We would like to provide a central source of information for our community
homeowners.

Approval Request form above before beginning any architectural renovations
or improvements. To view it, be sure Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed
on your computer.
Basically we want to provide
a place for homeowners to download HOA related documents ( covenants, bylaws,
newsletters, board and committee membership info, and any other forms or
documents that are commonly requested) as well as any other pertinant information
about the community and related HOA stuff..
We would also like to be
able to provide a place for homeowners to submit suggestions, complaints,
complete and submit architectural change requests, contact board and committee
members, etc..
All these items are still
in the planning stages, so please be sure to check back again soon.
